These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the z666 platform and all of its services ("Services"). By accessing this platform or creating an account, you are automatically considered to have accepted these Terms.

3.2 Identity Verification

To ensure security and prevent fraud, z666 may request identity verification at any time. In such cases, you may be required to submit a copy of your national ID card, passport, or other government-issued identification. If the required documents are not provided within the specified time, the account may be temporarily or permanently closed.

3.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to notify our support team immediately of any unauthorized access to your account. The account holder is responsible for all activity that takes place on the account.

4.1 Deposit

To deposit funds into z666, you may use the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major commercial banks). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500.

Deposited funds will be credited to your account once successfully processed. z666 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts or cards — the source of the deposit and the account holder must be the same person.

4.2 Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. You are required to use a withdrawal method that matches the method used for your deposit.

Withdrawals may be temporarily delayed if identity verification has not been completed or if an investigation is ongoing. z666 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals if fraudulent activity is suspected.

4.3 Transaction Responsibility

z666 is not responsible for technical issues or delays caused by payment service providers. If you experience any problem with a transaction, contact the support team immediately.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,500; or depositing ৳12,000 gives the maximum ৳8,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳20,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw a bonus, you must complete wagering of 20 times the bonus amount. This applies to the bonus amount only — not the deposit amount. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 20 = a total of ৳30,000 in wagers must be placed before winnings from the bonus become withdrawable.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

If multiple accounts are operated, false information is provided, or any fraudulent method is used with the intent of claiming bonus benefits, z666 reserves the right to forfeit all bonuses and associated winnings and may permanently close the account.

5.4 Promotional Offers

From time to time, z666 offers special promotional offers. Each offer has its own terms and conditions, which are clearly stated in the offer description. If the terms of a special offer conflict with the general Terms, the terms of the special offer will take precedence.

The z666 VIP program has four tiers:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 1.0% weekly cashback

Users can be promoted to higher tiers based on their activity and participation. Cashback for each tier is credited to the account at a set time each week. z666's decision is final in any dispute relating to VIP benefits.

7.1 General Gaming Policy

All games and betting activities on z666 are conducted in a fair and transparent manner. The platform follows fair play principles and does not guarantee any particular outcome.

7.2 Technical Issues

If a game remains incomplete due to system failure, internet disruption, or other technical reasons, z666 reserves the right to void the result of that round and the staked amount may be refunded.

7.3 Fraud & Manipulation

Any form of fraud, use of bots, collusion, or attempting to exploit system vulnerabilities is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the relevant account will be closed and any deposits and winnings will be forfeited.

8.1 Markets

z666 offers betting markets on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. Each market has its own rules. No bet will be accepted after a betting market has closed or after an event has started.

8.2 Event Cancellation

If a sporting event is completely cancelled or postponed, bets placed on that event will generally be voided and the staked amount will be refunded. In special circumstances, settlement may be made according to international standard rules.

8.3 Responsible Betting

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the z666 platform:

1. Operating multiple accounts or using others to create multiple accounts.
2. Creating or operating an account using another person's identity.
3. Using automated software, bots, or hacking tools.
4. Exploiting system errors or technical vulnerabilities.
5. Illegal money laundering or suspicious financial transactions.
6. Collusion or coordinated fraud with other members.
7. Providing false information or forging documents.
8. Misconduct, threats, or harassment toward staff.

If any of the above prohibited activities are involved, z666 reserves the right to close the account without notice, forfeit all funds, and take legal action if necessary.

In any circumstance, z666's maximum liability will be limited to the amount deposited by the user in the relevant transaction.

12.1 Closure by the User

You may request to close your account at any time. The account will be closed if there are no active bonuses or pending withdrawals at the time of the request. Any outstanding balance must be withdrawn before the account is closed.

12.2 Closure by z666

z666 reserves the right to close any account without prior notice due to a breach of Terms, fraudulent activity, or legal requirements. In such cases, any applicable refund will be determined based on the circumstances of each situation.
